Ft. working capacity, USDA approved, 75 PSI jacket, all wetted surfaces are constructed of T316 stainless steel, and the balance of the unit with the exception of the drive mechanism is constructed of T-304 stainless steel. All welds are continuous, crack and crevice free, domed cover, 15 HP washdown duty gear motor operating at approximately 23 final RPM. (#5894)
