| 5541 | Rietz screw blancher/cooler - Model TL-36-K2210 serial number T691030, all S/S, solid screw, side paddle wheel discharge, 1 HP Reeves variable speed drive, with Ampco model 4X3C-ZC2 and Jensen model JF216MDG56T S/S centrifugal pumps. This was a steam injected screw blancher but was modified to be used as a cooler for potatoes. The steam diffusers can be re-installed. |
